The Certificate Office (TCO) is a proprietary software developed by ABSA, which enables ABSA Accredited Assessors to produce assessment certificates as required by different planning controls including the Building Code of Australia (BCA), BASIX and Energy Smart Homes.

TCO was launched in November 2011 to replace the existing application, Certificate Manager. TCO is a web-based application that:

• Can be accessed from anywhere in the world - simply log-in to the members section of the ABSA website.
  
• Offers improved storage and an intuitive back-up system which allows for easy work retrieval and greater security.
  
• Automatically loads software upgrades and developments.
